Vertu Honda Boston were great because I had enquired a previous car with them and the customer service was good, I missed that car but another one came up. The fact that they knew their stuff about towing limits and tow ball weights was the icing on the cake. I’d spoken to many other dealerships but the customer service from Boston was 100% versus terrible from other dealers.

Vertu Honda Boston were helpful because they offered the model I love (Honda Jazz), I know it will be serviced by a competent engineer, the waiting area is clean and welcoming, I appreciate the fact that I have been welcomed by the same ladies on reception for several years (continuity of staff) and finally Sophia who sold the car to me was so knowledgeable, friendly and approachable - she was able to answer every question I asked her about the car.
